Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps by analyzing emerging trends in AI, biotech, and space exploration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-generation products with C-suite stakeholders
- Produce white papers and strategic briefs for Fortune 500 clients on future-proofing their operations
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with quantifiable ROI targets
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist summits (Davos, Web Summit)
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and innovation specialists
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on 3-year R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of launching products 3-5 years ahead of market cycles
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis using tools like Gartner Hype Cycle
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on technological disruption
- Fluency in Spanish and Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 commercialized future-tech innovations
