Responsibilities

- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for future-tech research
- Mentor junior innovators in emerging technology methodologies and foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Future Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in R&D leadership with proven track record of launching future-facing products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
