Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological inflection points
- Lead ideation workshops with C-suite executives to map innovation roadmaps
- Develop proof-of-concept prototypes for quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and biometric interfaces
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neural tech
- Present strategic foresight reports to global innovation boards and industry coalitions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in speculative design and rapid prot methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Published thought leadership on long-term technological impact
- Proficiency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Track record of launching commercially successful innovation initiatives
- Certification in ethical AI governance or bioethics preferred
