Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and maintain a dynamic innovation roadmap aligned with long-term strategic objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Deliver executive briefings and scenario-planning workshops for C-suite and board members
- Quantify market opportunities and risks associated with emerging technologies
- Champion a future-ready culture through internal thought leadership and change management
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis and predictive modeling tools
- Ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
