Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology foresight frameworks for quantum AI, biotech convergence, and decentralized autonomous systems
- Lead scenario planning for post-2026 societal shifts including AGI governance, climate engineering, and space colonization
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen interfaces (neural, holographic, empathic)
- Establish innovation pipelines for emerging tech: quantum machine learning, synthetic biology, and brain-compute interfaces
- Author thought leadership for C-suite executives and government technology councils
- Curate global innovation ecosystems through strategic partnerships with academic institutions and deep tech startups
Qualifications
- Proven track record in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, or space tech
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Publication record in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Physics, Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Futurist Studies
- Portfolio demonstrating technology roadmaps implemented at scale
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., INNOVA, HYPEX) preferred
