Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for Fortune 500 partners
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and boards with data-backed insights
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic and industry futurists
- Drive sustainability initiatives aligned with UN 2030 goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward initiatives in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Future Studies
