- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive blind spots
- Author high-impact futurist reports and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation concepts
- Represent Horizon Innovations at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic innovation, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technology ecosystems and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term transformation
