- Analyze global macro-trends, technological disruptions, and sociocultural shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for anticipated 2026 challenges
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global industry conferences
- Maintain a proprietary database of emerging technologies and their disruptive potential
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced trend-synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of accurately predicting technological and market shifts (provide portfolio)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and Delphi methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP-V)
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or white papers on future-focused topics
- Ability to translate complex concepts into executable business strategies
