Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps by analyzing technological, social, and economic megatrends

- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions targeting 2026 market needs
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems to track innovation maturity and ROI
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and industry thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or trend analysis at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year strategic implementations
