Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives and research partners
- Author white papers on future-of-work and societal impact scenarios
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with quarterly KPI reviews
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor a team of 3 futurist analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or tech innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial solutions
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or MBA
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major media
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Global network of industry contacts
