Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for navigating technological disruptions (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefs for executive decision-making
- Design and facilitate cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Lead stakeholder engagement with industry consortia, government agencies, and academic institutions
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026-2030 technological inflection points
- Mentor internal teams in futures thinking and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related interdisciplinary field
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses and scenario planning projects
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformational strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) preferred
