Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI governance, and climate resilience frameworks
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and ethical tech deployment
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for board-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate breakthrough initiatives in neuromorphic computing and decentralized systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and policy think tanks
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-oriented thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AGI ethics, and sustainable tech paradigms
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives with global impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
