Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026

- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and long-term resilience strategies
- Author influential thought leadership pieces (whitepapers, keynote talks) on the 2026 innovation landscape
- Design and prototype next-gen customer experiences using emerging tech (AR/VR, quantum computing, biotech)
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business priorities for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused thought leadership (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic change methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or foresight organizations)
