Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technological, social, and economic trends beyond 2026 horizon
- Develop predictive models for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps with 5-10 year implementation frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation solutions
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational functions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum systems, AGI ethics, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with complex predictive analytics
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier publications
- Experience with scenario planning and trend impact analysis methodologies
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar advanced credential preferred
