- Develop scenario-planning models for global market transformations in renewable energy and smart infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future workforce automation trends
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Scan' reports for C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for future-focused research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (IEEE, Harvard Business Review)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis tools and data visualization platforms
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term transformation strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFtp) or equivalent
