Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications through 2026
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps for future product innovation and market adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and priorities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Create predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for long-term business resilience
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and drive data-informed decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technology trends and their commercial applications
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong presentation skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, etc.)
