Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026 tech/societal trends (AI, quantum computing, climate resilience)
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for executive decision-making
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning models for board-level presentations
- Partner with R&D to incubate 2026-focused innovation pipelines
- Host cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Represent company at global futurism summits and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technological disruption
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots
- Proficiency in futures research tools (Delphi, horizon scanning, SWOT-PESTLE)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
