Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to create 2026 strategic forecasts
- Develop scenario-planning models for business continuity and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce white papers and executive briefings on long-term strategic implications
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing products and services
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data visualization skills
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive analytics
