Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026-focused technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, advanced AI, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping futuristic solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market disruptions to inform strategic product development
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and market impact through 2030
- Mentor engineers in emerging technologies and future-proof development methodologies
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech initiatives with long-term business vision
- Present futuristic concepts to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or blockchain 3.0
- Track record of launching products with 3-5 year technological foresight
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Certification in Strategic Technology Planning or equivalent foresight methodology
- Published research on technological disruption or future trends (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and trend analysis frameworks
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth innovation environments
