- Conduct scenario planning for climate-tech integration in urban ecosystems
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government bodies
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets for experimental technology incubation
- Author white papers on the sociotechnical implications of 2026 tech trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic tech planning with proven 2020+ trend prediction accuracy
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or space commerce
- Certification in Futures Foresight Methodology (CFP) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (IEEE, Nature Futures)
- Experience with policy advisory for federal/state tech initiatives
