- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Secure $10M+ annual R&D funding through compelling business cases
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ethical frameworks
- Launch at least 2 market-defining products by 2026
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or biotech integration
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight certification
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding
- Portfolio of 3+ disruptive technology launches
