Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and network infrastructure.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to comply with federal standards (FISMA, NIST).
- Configure and troubleshoot virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Perform routine system backups, patch management, and disaster recovery testing.
- Provide Level 3 technical support to internal federal stakeholders and users.
- Document system configurations, processes, and incident reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; OR 5+ years of equivalent technical experience.
- Certification: CompTIA Security+ or higher preferred; CISSP a plus.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
- Experience with federal IT systems and government procurement processes.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
