Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI/ML, quantum, and Web3 integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech disruptors (2026-2030)
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with market disruption timelines
- Present findings to global tech councils and patent emerging methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech with proven track record of scaling innovations
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AGI safety, or decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across 3+ continents
- PhD in Computer Science/Physics or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
