Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive tech convergence (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-vision into product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Author quarterly innovation briefs for Fortune 500 clients and investment partners
- Curate annual 'Future State' summit showcasing bleeding-edge prototypes and research
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market-ready innovations
- Expertise in at least two convergence domains (e.g., AI + neurotech, climate + fintech)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis)
- Experience building innovation ecosystems with Fortune 500 partners
