Responsibilities
- Design and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for commercial viability
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers and foster an experimental culture
- Monitor global tech regulations and ethical implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, TOGAF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-relevant projects
