Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/bio)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or platforms
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep understanding of technology adoption curves and future forecasting
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Strategy preferred
