Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
- Ensure compliance with federal security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support to federal agency personnel, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and software applications.
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols to protect sensitive data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT processes and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced government contracting environment.
