Responsibilities
- Design and execute forward-looking innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop prototype solutions using AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Identify emerging technology trends and translate them into scalable business opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic research institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive R&D initiatives with $10M+ annual budget allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products valued at $50M+
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience securing government grants for futuristic R&D projects
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-defining innovations
