Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for the 2026 innovation pipeline, aligning emerging technologies with market opportunities
- Direct R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable energy systems
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Develop intellectual property strategies and patent portfolios for breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological impact and commercial viability
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting products
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, machine learning, or sustainable tech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- PMP or equivalent strategic certification preferred
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Java, or Rust)
