Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum computing and neural interface applications
- Analyze emerging biotech and climate tech trends for market disruption opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Secure $5M+ in R&D grants from federal and private innovation funds
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy with proven 2025+ horizon planning experience
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Track record of scaling ventures from concept to IPO
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (CFP) or equivalent
