Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale future-focused solutions
- Analyze global market shifts to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough technologies with 5-7 year horizons
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor competitor innovation landscapes and regulatory developments
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI ethics, sustainable tech, etc.)
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and board level
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or equivalent)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or technology disruption
- Experience leading global innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
