- Collaborate with C-suite to shape long-term digital transformation strategies
- Manage a portfolio of R&D projects with $5M+ annual budget
- Build strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and academic institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching disruptive tech products/services
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and emerging hardware ecosystems
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical domains
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) preferred
- Published thought leadership on tech adoption trends
