Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage R&D budgets exceeding $2M for experimental projects
- Author thought leadership publications on tech convergence trends
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and DARPA innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling experimental tech to commercial deployment
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/AR/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology Review
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Proficiency in scenario planning and tech forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio of launched products with >$100M market impact
