As a key member of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives spanning AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech ecosystems. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research institutions, and emerging startups to identify disruptive opportunities and translate them into scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking innovation frameworks for 2026 technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology integration
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published research or thought leadership in tech innovation
