Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026-era technology adoption across global markets
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and researchers in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated systems) with commercial potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Secure and manage R&D budgets exceeding $10M annually for high-priority initiatives
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation ROI and long-term market impact
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation or strategic product development with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching at least three market-defining technologies
- Deep expertise in emerging technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Executive-level experience with innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Blue Ocean Strategy)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience scaling innovation programs from concept to global commercialization
