- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligning with company's 2026-2030 strategic vision
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term tech adoption
- Drive cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies across departments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or Business Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology innovation or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services with $50M+ impact
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Strong network within venture capital and academic research communities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management highly desirable
