Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026+ technology innovation roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, advanced AI, and biotech convergence
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and secure executive buy-in
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis
- Foster an experimental culture through hackathons and rapid prototyping programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products post-2020
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, neuromorphic systems, or climate tech
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
