Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize emerging technology, market, and societal trends to build 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for technological adoption and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with innovation hubs and academic institutions
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies using AI and big data analytics
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend mapping
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution) preferred
