Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities across AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish thought leadership through industry conferences and white papers
- Build and mentor a high-impact futurism task force
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Experience with AI-driven predictive analytics tools
