Qualifications
- 15+ years in R&D or innovation leadership with future-focused portfolio
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record launching disruptive products with $100M+ impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, neurotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent
- Exceptional stakeholder management across global organizations
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology implementations
