- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmap aligning with market forecasts and emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Drive commercialization of patented technologies through agile development cycles

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech/consulting sectors
- Proven track record of launching commercialized products with >$50M impact
- Expertise in futures forecasting and technology adoption lifecycle management
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Blue Ocean)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Experience securing venture capital or corporate innovation funding
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
