- Lead end-to-end development of proprietary 2026-vision platforms integrating quantum computing, generative AI, and IoT ecosystems
- Architect sustainable technology roadmaps aligning with UN SDG targets for 2026
- Direct cross-functional R&D teams of 15+ specialists across 3 continents
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships and venture capital for innovation pipelines
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and board of directors quarterly
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring 2026-readiness across 8 innovation vectors
- Drive commercialization of patented technologies through go-to-market strategies
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record delivering quantum/AI projects with >$50M impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent patents
- Experience securing government grants (DARPA, NSF) and corporate venture funding
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, C++, Rust) with ML frameworks
- Global network of technology innovators and venture capitalists
