Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen technologies including quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate futuristic innovations into product roadmaps
- Manage a cross-disciplinary team of PhD researchers and engineers
- Secure $5M+ annual funding through patent development and venture partnerships
- Present findings at global tech summits and publish in leading scientific journals
- Establish industry standards for ethical AI implementation by 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 10+ years R&D experience
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Published author in Nature/Science or equivalent top-tier journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/VC research funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
