Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trajectories (quantum, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to identify 2026 market opportunities
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients seeking future-proof digital transformation
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops mapping technology adoption curves to business impact
- Produce forward-looking white papers and trend briefs for industry thought leadership
- Partner with product teams to prioritize R&D investments in next-gen capabilities
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic tech consulting or corporate innovation with proven 5+ year trend forecasting
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., MIT Tech Review, IEEE Spectrum)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption strategies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies or Strategic Foresight preferred
