Responsibilities

- Partner with VPs to align tech strategy with 5-year market projections
- Mentor engineers in future-proof architecture and emerging tech standards
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of shipping futuristic products (e.g., autonomous systems)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Deep knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with agile methodologies for long-term innovation cycles
