Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 societal shifts and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI, quantum computing, and biotech integrations
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in tech ecosystems
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and next-gen digital infrastructure
- Collaborate with global R&D partners to validate futuristic concepts through pilot programs
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation labs focused on sustainable tech solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams through complex digital transformations
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, climate tech, and human-computer interaction
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable technology innovation from concept to market
