Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Tech Horizon Reports
- Lead prototype development for next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing hardware manufacturers
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Conduct scenario planning for climate-adaptive smart city infrastructure
- Present findings to C-suite executives and international policy boards
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in technology strategy consulting or R&D leadership
- Published research in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Expertise in technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Certification in emerging technology impact assessment (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Experience with decentralized governance frameworks (DAOs)
- Demonstrated success securing federal innovation grants
- Fluency in at least one technical programming language (Python preferred)
