- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation solutions
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for human-tech interaction in future ecosystems
- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech incubators
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness and innovation ROI
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation-first culture
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of predicting tech trends with 80%+ accuracy (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or MBA with tech specialization
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technological systems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives from concept to commercialization
