Responsibilities

- Establish predictive analytics frameworks for technological adoption and market disruption
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and Silicon Valley innovators
- Present visionary technology briefings to executive stakeholders and board members

- Mentor junior talent in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, IoT, blockchain)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- PhD in Technology, Engineering, or related field required
