- Architect ethical frameworks for AI deployment and data governance
- Partner with venture capital to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present strategic briefings to board members and industry consortiums
- Establish innovation KPIs and track emerging technology adoption curves
- Coordinate with global R&D labs to align on next-generation standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on digital transformation
- Deep understanding of blockchain, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Security clearance preferred for DoD/DoE projects
